Partner terms

Partners must be adults with verified IRIS accounts. Admin approval is required before dashboard tools or coupons become available. Administrators may reject applications, suspend partners, disable coupons, delete partnerships and change future discount or commission policies.

Each approved partner can create one coupon each for desktop, mobile and bundle. Default flat discounts are ₹250 desktop, ₹150 mobile and ₹300 bundle. Administrators set each partner's future coupon defaults and can edit or disable individual coupons. Coupons reduce the licence base price only. Platform fees remain payable. A partner cannot use their own coupon.

Default new-order commissions are random whole-rupee amounts: desktop ₹100–₹250, mobile ₹100–₹150, or bundle ₹100–₹200, inclusive. Admins can set different ranges, including zero, for future orders. Discounts plus the maximum commission cannot exceed the licence base price. Your dashboard shows your current ranges and the agreed amount for each verified sale. Platform fees do not generate commission. Subsequent policy changes do not change existing orders.

Introductory licence prices are ₹999 desktop, ₹799 mobile and ₹1,499 bundle, plus platform fees of ₹65, ₹71 and ₹136. Prices are planned to increase soon; no specific increase date is announced here. Existing orders retain their recorded prices and commissions, including older percentage-based orders. Refunds reduce a flat commission proportionally against the remaining discounted licence amount, down to zero on a full refund. Deleted partnerships lose dashboard access and cannot generate or use coupons for new orders. On deletion, the affiliate application, profile and coupon records are removed. Minimum customer payment, revocation and settlement records remain for refunds, accounting and legitimate unpaid balances. The main IRIS account remains available. Rejected, suspended or removed partners may submit fresh details for a new application; fresh admin approval is required. Old coupons remain invalid and old settlement balances do not transfer to the new application.

Your joining date is the date your partner application was created. Each earning period lasts 30 full days from that date, with the first payout scheduled after the first 30 days and later periods continuing at 30-day intervals. Admin approval is required to earn with coupons. Calendar-month sales reports use India Standard Time and do not shorten earning periods. The admin may update a period’s payout date to the end of that period or a later date; your dashboard shows the current date and completed payout history.

Verified sales generate estimated commission. Partial or full refunds reduce earnings; adjustments after payout are carried into later payouts. Payout amounts are subject to reconciliation, applicable tax deductions and legal requirements. Administrators confirm completed payouts with a transaction reference. Earnings estimates are not a promise of income.

Violations may result in suspension, disabled coupons and a hold on unpaid payouts while the issue is reviewed. Commission on a sale affected by substantiated misconduct may be cancelled only to the extent permitted by applicable law and these terms, with a recorded reason. Unrelated legitimate earned commission is not automatically cancelled. Contact support to dispute a decision or request review; admins can release a hold or restore an affected commission. Suspension or reapplication does not erase existing settlement obligations.

Promotions must accurately describe IRIS, pricing and limitations. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship and possible commission where you share links or codes. Do not spam, impersonate IRIS, make unverified claims or collect buyers’ payment credentials. Coupons cannot be stacked or used for trials, custom AI orders or call bookings.

We use your account identity, application name, phone number, promotion channel, acceptance record and payment attribution to review applications and administer the programme. Partners see their own sales records without buyers’ names, phone numbers or email addresses. Admins retain approval, policy and payout audit records.
