Due to the nature of perpetual software licenses and our Secure Checkout architecture, the total checkout price comprises the base license plus any applicable Razorpay Platform Fees. This represents a one-time technology deployment fee. All transactions for the IRIS Pro Engine are 100% final.
Because the license is instantly cryptographically bound to your hardware via HWID and Geolocation tracking at the moment of payment, all sales are strictly non-refundable to prevent fraud. This strict no-return policy applies even if your account is suspended or terminated for TOS violations.
Upon sponsorship, you gain immediate, un-revocable physical possession of the compiled binaries and access to the private repository network. Because we cannot mathematically verify the deletion of downloaded offline software, we cannot process refunds under any circumstances.
By executing the transaction, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this permanent no-refund clause. Exceptions are only made for verifiable Payment Gateway Errors or Duplicate Charges.

Complete External Cloud API Dependency: The core operations, intelligence reasoning, multimodal vision, and automation features of IRIS Desktop and IRIS-MX Mobile rely 100% on external third-party cloud-based LLM APIs — principally the Google Gemini API.
IRIS-X AI is strictly an independent application interface. We do NOT host, control, price, or manage Google Gemini or any external cloud infrastructure.
User API Key Failures: Under the BYOK model, if your personal API key fails to work, expires, hits rate limits, runs out of quota/credits, gets blocked by Google, or faces billing disputes on the provider's side, this is not the responsibility of IRIS X AI.
Zero Liability for API Changes, AI Mistakes & Minor Bugs: If third-party API providers modify policies, eliminate free tiers, raise pricing, or discontinue services, IRIS-X AI bears ZERO responsibility. Furthermore, AI models are probabilistic and can make mistakes or hallucinations, and minor software bugs or edge-case anomalies exist across all complex software. IRIS-X AI is not responsible for AI mistakes or minor software bugs.
The ₹999 IRIS-AI Pro (Desktop), ₹1000 IRIS-MX PRO (Mobile), or ₹1685 Ultimate Bundle PRO checkout license is strictly provisioned for individual, non-commercial use.
Deploying the IRIS Engine within a corporate, enterprise, or commercial production environment without explicit written authorization and an Enterprise License is a direct violation of our terms.
Unauthorized commercial deployment will result in immediate license termination and a permanent repository ban.
We operate on a zero-tolerance policy for payment fraud, social media mockery, chat screenshot leaks, team misbehavior, and unwarranted chargebacks.
In the event of a bank chargeback, payment dispute, mocking or passing irrelevant disparaging comments on social media (Twitter/X, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads, GitHub, etc.), sharing private chat screenshots publicly, or misbehaving with our support team, your account and hardware (HWID) will be permanently banned without notice or refund.
To request an account unban following a suspension for standard TOS violations or disputes, mandatory administrative fines apply (plus clearing any ₹1000 Gateway Dispute Fine):

* Social Media defamation, chat leaks, team abuse & post-3rd offense bans are strictly permanent with zero unban opportunity.
If a user wishes to migrate their license entitlement from Mobile (IRIS-MX) to Desktop (IRIS-AI) or Desktop to Mobile, a flat administrative swap fee applies.
Each IRIS PRO license is cryptographically bound to the user's registered Google / Gmail account email. If a user requests to swap or transfer their active license entitlement to a new Gmail address, a flat administrative fee applies.
Each user license is strictly tied to a baseline hardware footprint configuration (HWID/Device ID). If a user formats their PC/phone, upgrades hardware, or switches devices, their slot locks.
Registered hardware signatures (HWID) are bound to your account for 90 Days. After 90 days from registration, unbinding is FREE. To unbind immediately before 90 days, a tiered early bypass fee applies.
Paid accounts remaining completely inactive consume directory space and infrastructure maintenance. Inactive accounts are archived.
Even if a merchant wins a payment chargeback, payment gateways levy non-refundable dispute handling fees immediately. This direct operational loss is assessed against fraudulent dispute accounts.
If a user fails or refuses to respond to official phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails sent for Account Verification, identity checks, or account support/help within 48 Hours, the account will be banned.
As soon as you click payment, you are required to log in using your Google Email ID. This email is vital — it is the exact email address that will be upgraded to IRIS PRO.
We do NOT use any license keys, activation codes, or serial numbers. Accounts are directly upgraded to PRO for safety reasons, a better user experience, and strong security protection.
Upon completion of your transaction, an automated Payment Successful confirmation email is generated and sent to your logged-in email.
