This End User License Agreement (EULA) is governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the **Republic of India** pursuant to the **Indian Contract Act, 1872** and the **Information Technology Act, 2000**.
Any dispute, controversy, or litigation arising out of or related to this licensing model, payment gateway, or engine deployment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in **New Delhi, India**.
Sponsoring IRIS Pro (Desktop or Mobile) grants a single-user perpetual license bound directly to your authenticated account. Below is the mandatory legal and technical activation process:
As soon as you click payment, you must authenticate using your Google Email ID. This email is vital — it is the exact account upgraded directly on our servers to IRIS PRO.
We do NOT use or distribute license keys, activation codes, or serial numbers. Accounts are upgraded directly to PRO for maximum safety, seamless user experience, and strong security protection against license key piracy.
An automated "Payment Successful" receipt is generated and dispatched to your registered email immediately upon payment verification. If missing from your primary inbox, you are required to check your Spam / Junk folder.
Upon opening IRIS Desktop or IRIS-MX Mobile, log in with the same Google email, configure your Gemini API Key, and grant required permissions. Licensing allows deployment on up to two (2) separate devices simultaneously (enforced via cryptographic HWID motherboard hashing).
IRIS performs advanced system-level actions including executing terminal scripts, directory manipulation, window controls, and keyboard macro injections. While IRIS contains no malicious code, local automation and generative AI carry inherent risks.
AI Probabilistic Nature & Inherent Software Bugs: IRIS utilizes generative Artificial Intelligence models. AI models are probabilistic by nature and can make mistakes, hallucinate false instructions, generate erroneous terminal commands, or produce unexpected tool results. Furthermore, minor software bugs, edge cases, and unexpected UI/tool glitches occur across all software systems. Such occurrences are normal characteristics of complex software and AI orchestration.
IRIS is a productivity execution system. Any misuse of the integrated AI engine, including generating harmful commands, executing hacking macros, conducting illegal system tasks, or cashing in on the "IRIS" name/brand for personal benefit is **strictly prohibited**.
The creator (Harsh Pandey) and project contributors maintain no oversight over your local prompts and hold zero legal responsibility or accountability for the commands executed by the user.

Actions violating this section will result in immediate permanent account termination without refund and legal prosecution under applicable civil and criminal defamation statutes.
The Desktop PRO (₹999), Mobile PRO (₹899), or Ultimate Bundle PRO (₹1599) engine tier is strictly licensed for individual, personal, non-production usage.
Deploying IRIS within a corporate workspace, commercial enterprise, or team production setup without an Enterprise license is a violation of our terms and will lead to an immediate ban. Contact irisaidevop@gmail.com for commercial pricing.
IRIS operates strictly on the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. IRIS provides a local software interface and system automation engine. We do not store your API keys on our servers; they are encrypted and held exclusively on your local machine.
User API Key Issues & Third-Party Dependency: IRIS core execution, multimodal vision, tool-calling, and reasoning logic are completely dependent on third-party cloud-based LLM APIs — predominantly the Google Gemini API. If your personal API key is not working, is invalid, exhausts its quota/credits, gets rate-limited or banned by Google, or faces billing blocks on the provider's side, this is strictly the user's issue. IRIS-X AI has NO control or responsibility over your third-party API keys or accounts.
If Google Gemini (or any third-party provider such as Tavily or Hugging Face) removes its free tier, increases API pricing, introduces expensive token rates, modifies rate limits, blocks accounts, or permanently discontinues their API services in the future, IRIS-X AI / IRIS HQ and its developers bear ZERO responsibility, legal liability, or financial accountability.
Users explicitly acknowledge that external API issues, user key errors, AI hallucinations/mistakes, and minor software bugs are solely the user's risk. Under NO circumstances will IRIS issue refunds, partial credits, or compensation for any of these factors.
IRIS Pro is distributed as a digital package consisting of compiled bytecode binaries delivered securely upon license activation. You agree to one-time billing via our authorized merchant of record, and access is tied to your authenticated Google Account.
Because we cannot verify the deletion of offline code files once downloaded, and because the engine relies on a BYOK architecture where users supply their own cloud API credentials, all license purchases are final, permanent, and 100% non-refundable.
No refunds or chargebacks will be accepted for user API key failures, third-party API downtime, API price changes, free tier deprecations, AI mistakes/hallucinations, minor software bugs, hardware incompatibility, or user policy violations.
We reserve the right to permanently terminate your developer access to the private IRIS Pro systems, updates stream, and Discord network for the following offenses:
⚖️ Mandatory Account Ban Reinstatement & Gateway Dispute Fine Policy
If a user account is blocked, banned, or revoked due to any terms violation (such as fake chargebacks, payment disputes, AI misuse, brand defamation, or HWID tampering), the user is required to settle any ₹1000 Gateway Dispute Fine (Section 14) and pay a mandatory penalty fine to request account unban:
Each IRIS license is granted for a specific target platform (IRIS Desktop or IRIS-MX Mobile). If any user wants to switch their license from Mobile to Desktop or Desktop to Mobile, the user must pay a flat administrative fee of ₹499 to the owner/admin/maintainers of IRIS X AI for executing the entitlement swap and server re-binding.
Each IRIS PRO license is cryptographically bound to the user's registered Google / Gmail account email ID. If a registered license holder requests to swap, transfer, or re-bind their PRO license to a different Google/Gmail address, a flat administrative processing fee of ₹129 per request must be paid to cover identity re-verification, security re-authentication, and database re-mapping.
Users often try to share accounts by logging in on multiple devices or changing their hardware signatures (HWID) frequently. The Rule: Each license is strictly tied to a specific number of verified hardware IDs. If a user formats their PC/phone, upgrades their hardware, or switches devices, their device slot locks.
Each user license is tied to a baseline hardware footprint configuration (HWID/Device ID). If a user requests a manual device reset, hardware migration, or HWID slot clearance to link a new machine or secondary smartphone, an administrative processing fee of ₹199 per reset request will be enforced to prevent account sharing and token distribution.
Paid accounts that remain completely inactive still consume directory space and require infrastructure maintenance overhead. The Rule: If an account isn't used for a prolonged period, it gets archived. To get it back online, they have to pay.
If a registered user account records zero server API queries, zero application logins, or zero utilization turns for a continuous period exceeding 60 days, the profile will be automatically moved to our cold storage archive to preserve infrastructure bandwidth. To unarchive the account and re-activate live API access endpoints, a processing fee of ₹299 will apply.
Even if you win a chargeback, the bank or payment gateway often levies a non-refundable dispute handling fee on the merchant right away. You need to pass that direct cost onto the fraudulent user. The Rule: If a user causes a payment dispute, they owe you the absolute cost of the damage they caused to your merchant status, separate from the unban fine.
In the event that a user initiates an invalid or fraudulent payment dispute/chargeback through any bank or payment aggregator, an immediate operational penalty fine of ₹1000 will be appended to the user’s account billing profile. This covers the non-refundable dispute processing fees charged to us by the merchant gateway network and must be settled in full before any unban appeal under Section 8 is even reviewed.
Pricing is advertised as base rates (Desktop: ₹999, Mobile: ₹899, Bundle: ₹1599). The final checkout amounts (Desktop: ₹999, Mobile: ₹1000, Bundle: ₹1685) include mandatory third-party gateway processing fees.
By using IRIS, you acknowledge that System Administrators have full visibility into your Name, Email, Profile Picture, Device Details, and Payment Metadata.
Desktop Free Tier Removal: IRIS Desktop Free Tier has been completely removed. IRIS Desktop is now strictly 100% Paid / Pro only. Free Tier functionality is planned to shift exclusively to IRIS-MX Mobile in upcoming releases.
Administrators maintain complete manual control over user limits and accounts. We reserve the right to influence free and PRO user accounts seamlessly and at our sole discretion.
IRIS AI reserves the right to initiate contact with registered users via phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails for mandatory Account Verification, identity checks, security validation, or account support/help.
If a user fails or refuses to respond to our official verification calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails within 48 Hours, the user account will be automatically Banned from IRIS AI. To re-open, unban, and restore access to the account, the user must pay a mandatory administrative re-opening fee of ₹99.
PRO licenses permit attaching registered hardware signatures (HWID), which remain bound to your account for a lock period of 90 Days from registration.
• Free Unbinding After 90 Days: Once 90 days have elapsed from the date of hardware registration, users can unbind or de-register their devices FREE of charge.
• Immediate Early Unbinding Bypass (Before 90 Days): If a user requests to bypass the 90-day binding lock and unbind devices immediately before 90 days have passed, the following tiered administrative bypass fees apply:
