Activation & downloads
One account, the right product, and a clear record at each step.
Choose the platform
IRIS AI v1 activates desktop; IRIS-MX activates mobile; a bundle activates both. A verified account and active paid entitlement are required for the selected app. No free trial or unpaid software access is offered. Account management remains available even when an app is locked.
Payment and renewal
Activation follows server verification of the captured payment, expected account, product, currency and amount. A Razorpay success screen or mandate authorisation alone is not proof of a paid period. Failed, unsigned, mismatched or replayed requests cannot activate another account or platform.
Existing lifetime owners
Existing lifetime access is preserved. Do not start a monthly plan for a product already owned for lifetime. After a verified lifetime upgrade, related monthly mandates are cancelled automatically. Check the dashboard for provider confirmation; a bundle mandate stops renewing for both products.
Download acknowledgement
Sign in, open your account dashboard, choose the app and accept the current download policies. The backend records a download-specific receipt before issuing a short-lived authorised download link. This is separate from purchase and app acknowledgements. Direct old download routes no longer bypass this flow.
Install and connect
Desktop requires a supported Windows computer. Mobile requires a supported Android phone. Download the official installer, review the publisher and system prompts, sign in with the purchase account, and follow the app's permissions/setup guide. Do not disable antivirus globally or install an unverified replacement file. Keep your AI-provider keys private.
Device and access checks
Device-bound sessions and server access checks apply separately on each platform. Expired monthly access does not become lifetime. Stopping monthly renewal retains the paid period; ending lifetime access removes it immediately. Existing signed sessions can remain valid only until their short verification window expires. No website can guarantee protection against modified third-party software or a compromised device.
