Google / Gmail Account Email Swap
Flat administrative fee to swap or transfer a registered Google / Gmail email ID linked to your IRIS PRO license account.
Device HWID Reset & Migration
Fee per reset request to clear hardware slots, register upgraded PC/phone hardware, or migrate to a new machine.
Hardware Device Unbinding
Free device unbinding after 90 days from registration. Before 90 days, early bypass fees apply: 1 Device (₹49), 2 Devices (₹70), 4 Devices Bundle (₹149).
Inactive Account Archival (>60 Days)
Unarchiving fee to restore API endpoints and directory slots for accounts with 0 activity turns for over 60 consecutive days.
Gateway Payment Dispute Penalty
Penalty fine appended to profiles that initiate invalid or fraudulent payment chargebacks, covers non-refundable gateway fees.
Unresponsive Account Verification Ban
Failure to respond to official phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails for account verification or help within 48 hours results in an account ban. ₹99 fee required to re-open.
Account Unban Reinstatement
Graduated fine schedule (1st Offense: ₹500, 2nd: ₹1500, 3rd: ₹5000). Post-3rd offense results in permanent unappealable HWID ban.
Social Media Defamation, Chat Leaks & Misconduct Ban
Permanent account & HWID ban enforced for mocking IRIS/team, passing irrelevant disparaging comments on social media (Twitter/X, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads, GitHub, etc.), leaking chat screenshots, or misbehaving with team staff.
Cloud AI API, AI Mistakes & Bugs Disclaimer
IRIS relies on third-party cloud APIs (Google Gemini). User API key issues, provider rate limits, AI mistakes/hallucinations, or minor software bugs are not IRIS-X AI's responsibility. 100% non-refundable.
Registered Google / Gmail Account Email Swap Policy
Flat Fee: ₹129 Per Email Change RequestEvery IRIS PRO license is cryptographically bound to the user's authenticated Google / Gmail address upon payment. If a user requests to swap or transfer their active license entitlement to a new Gmail address, a flat administrative fee of ₹129 is required to execute identity re-verification, database re-binding, and security re-authentication.
Third-Party Cloud API, AI Mistakes & Zero-Refund Disclaimer
Mandatory BYOK Architecture · Zero Provider & AI Error LiabilityThe operational functionality of IRIS Desktop and IRIS-MX Mobile depends entirely on third-party cloud-based LLM APIs (principally the Google Gemini API). IRIS-X AI is an independent software application layer and does NOT manage, own, or control Google or any third-party API platform.
If your personal API key fails, runs out of quota/credits, gets blocked, or encounters provider billing errors, this is solely the user's responsibility. Furthermore, AI models are probabilistic and capable of making mistakes or hallucinations, and minor software bugs or edge cases exist in all complex software. IRIS-X AI bears ZERO legal, technical, or financial responsibility for external API failures, AI mistakes, or minor software bugs.
Under NO circumstances will refunds, chargebacks, or compensations be issued due to any external API changes, user key issues, AI hallucinations/errors, minor software bugs, downtime, pricing hikes, or service termination. Users operate strictly on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model.
