Hardware Device Unbinding
Free device unbinding after 90 days from registration. Before 90 days, early bypass fees apply: 1 Device (₹49), 2 Devices (₹70), 4 Devices Bundle (₹149).
Inactive Account Archival (>60 Days)
Unarchiving fee to restore API endpoints and directory slots for accounts with 0 activity turns for over 60 consecutive days.
Gateway Payment Dispute Penalty
Penalty fine appended to profiles that initiate invalid or fraudulent payment chargebacks, covers non-refundable gateway fees.
Unresponsive Account Verification Ban
Failure to respond to official phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails for account verification or help within 48 hours results in an account ban. ₹99 fee required to re-open.
Account Unban Reinstatement
Graduated fine schedule (1st Offense: ₹500, 2nd: ₹1500, 3rd: ₹5000). Post-3rd offense results in permanent unappealable HWID ban.
Registered Google / Gmail Account Email Swap Policy
Flat Fee: ₹129 Per Email Change RequestEvery IRIS PRO license is cryptographically bound to the user's authenticated Google / Gmail address upon payment. If a user requests to swap or transfer their active license entitlement to a new Gmail address, a flat administrative fee of ₹129 is required to execute identity re-verification, database re-binding, and security re-authentication.
